Yummm….Baked Kale Chips
I stopped over my friend’s house for a lazy Sunday afternoon with Spinach and Margherita Pizza and wine, when she mentioned making “kale chips.” I thought we’d be blending up kale, mixing it with odd ingredients and baking for countless hours. To my surprise and my stomach’s delight the snack was finished in less than 10 minutes and took almost no effort!
These kale chips are perfect for healthy snacking and can be made in no time!
Step 1: Rinse kale and place on foiled baking sheet
Step 2: Coat kale with olive oil
Step 3: Sprinkle with salt and seasoning
Step 4: Bake for 5 minutes, toss around & bake for 5 more (Or until crunchy, not brown)
Step 5: ENJOOOYYYY!
