DIY Deep Conditioner for Dry Hair

After going natural I have had problems keeping my hair moisturized and from breaking. I have 4b curly hair type, and because my hair is thicker and more course it is naturally more dry. I did a little research and I found that I can solve this problem with a few items I already had laying around my kitchen.

When picking your ingredients make sure they are all organic. I almost added imitation honey (high fructose corn syrup) to my hair.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a wide-toothed comb, apply the mask to clean hair from the roots to the ends. Let the mask soak into your hair for about thirty- forty minutes. The more damaged your hair is, the longer you want to wait. Rinse out the mask with cold water, and co-wash your hair as usual.
