Is it a 20-something trend to just not eat? I’ve gone countless days eating only an apple or an egg, (and that’s on a “good” day). Other days I binge on a bag of chips or eat one huge meal, usually starch-filled, at the end of the day. I’m not alone in this, as my friends seem to have the same horribly malnutritious diet. This, of course, does nothing for our goals of a healthy lifestyle.

Busy schedules are often to blame for unhealthy eating and inconsistent workout habits, but your schedule doesn’t have to be your excuse. If you can’t afford to buy all those fancy organic foods or don’t have the time to “meal prep” each week, all hope is not lost.
